I'm a lifelong fisherman/ outdoorsman. My experiences have lead me to landing dozens of trophy saltwater fish specimens, from fluke (summer flounder), weak fish, aka Silver sea trout, Striped bass, & tautog Including the IGFA ALL TACKLE WORLD RECORD TAUTOG. I'm passionate about catching and eating the many fish species that I target both from salt and fresh water. I had the blessing of being raised in a fine dinning restaurant environment and was exposed to the cuisine of world class chefs throughout my youth. I'm a true foodie, and I love to cook & devour delicious fresh caught table fare myself. I created this channel to share some of my experiences on the water and in the kitchen with my viewers and hopefully bring you top quality outdoors entertainment and delicious recipes that you will continue to enjoy throughout your lives.
