Alymunn was born from the artistic collaboration of Michele, a multi-instrumental musician, and Fabrizia, a harpist and Fusion Bellydance dancer. The passion for experimentation and contamination means that traditional instruments such as hammered dulcimer, Celtic harp and bagpipe, folk instruments like the Didjeridoo, and the Nyckelharp, and modern instruments like the handpan are supported by an electronic plot that combines the music of the past with contemporary music. Dance, another protagonist of this show, has its roots in the Middle East and the Indian disciplines and meets the modern, telling archetipic stories through gestures and moving images. Alymunn is a show built on medieval fantasy music and which chooses the silente language of the movement and the universal one of the melody to tell about Soul and Humanity in their infinite richness, uniting archaic worlds apparently distant from each other but which they find in this show a meeting ground beyond borders.
