My name is Isobel Avian ~ a musician, singer, songwriter, recording and touring artist (formerly known as Mary Lydia Ryan) passionate about using sound as medicine. What began as a school in the Puget Sound region, assisting individuals with their Higher Self Embodiment journey's through communion with Mother Earth, singing, vocalizing with specific frequencies in nature, and personally benefiting from this work - ultimately brought me to Baja Sur Mexico to continue and expand the work I started in Washington state. I am a certified Sophia Circle Facilitator (thesophiacodefoundation.org/directory) actively leading Sophia Circle Journey's®, working daily with The Sophia Dragon Tribe®, continuing my own work with Mother Earth with the desire to assist as many individuals as possible with their Higher Self Embodiment process. I host online and live classes, workshops, retreats, and plan to resume my podcast, 'Reset on the Sound' from Baja Sur this fall.
