Young Bopete was born in 1996 and grew up in Sylacauga Alabama , where he started rapping at age ten. Identifying as African American, he first adopted the stage name Young Bopete. Prior to becoming a YouTuber at a very young age naming the channel “Young Bopete“ on YouTube, Bopete developed a strong local following by performing at various events, opening for other artists, and through his activity on social networks. In 2015, at age 19, Bopete opened up a local studio for artists in his hometown. The artist grew even more after gaining the popular catch phrase “Bopete Cookin Up The Sauce“. He also performed at local clubs and bars against other competitors, he was the most noticed and the most outstanding artist at every event. Following his journey, he released over 8 mixtapes by 2018 and also became a producer. Before 2018 was up, the rapper he adopted the alter ego known as (King Bo) and began working on new material.
