In January 2026, Ms Gideon signed a record deal with Sony Music Africa. This was unprecedented, as Ms Gideon is the first female Namibian music artist to sign a major record deal, and the first ever to sign to Sony Music Entertainment. Ms Gideon has a lot of music scheduled for release in 2026, starting with her debut single since her signing called Tiki Tak Tak which was released on 27th February 2026.
