I travel the world riding and racing on the best mountain bike trails (and have even picked up a World Championship title and some other crazy wins!)! I also am a podcaster for The Sonya Looney Show and upload some of my shows about the athlete mindset, plant-based nutrition, and inspiring stories! I get to ride all the best trails in British Colombia where I am currently living, but I also race 7 day mountain bike stage races, 100 milers, and enduros around the planet.
