Welcome to the Yoga Blissed YouTube Channel. I am passionate about sharing the many benefits of yoga with others. I have been practicing since 1993 and teaching yoga since 2000. Yoga has helped me in so many ways and the practice offers tools for health and well-being. I offer different styles of yoga that have different benefits; Kripalu and Flow offer more strength and stretching, Yin Yoga is so good for joint health and mobility, Somatic is my favourite for releasing chronic tension, and Meditation teaches you to accept the moment as it is, clears your mind, and increases your ability to concentrate.
