Mini Mind Hack explores how our sense of self, motivation, and meaning quietly shape our everyday experience; often in ways we don’t notice. This channel looks at psychology, neuroscience, sociology, and philosophy through a simple question: why do we feel the way we feel, and why does modern life so often pull us away from ourselves? Through short video essays, I explore topics like identity, motivation, awe, anxiety, and overthinking; not as abstract theories, but as lived experiences that affect how we think, choose, and live. I’m a sociologist and social worker with experience in mental health, coaching, and education. The ideas shared here come from research, clinical practice, and books that have deeply influenced how I understand the mind and human behavior. Mini Mind Hack is about understanding the invisible forces shaping how we experience ourselves and the world (from identity and motivation to anxiety and awe).
