Echoes from a Distant Place Out Now 🌼
The genre-bending Belgian quartet Root Mean Square was born in 2018. Originally a guitar duet when Sam and Hugo started to play together in college, they quickly evolved as they met Clara (vocals, synths) and Noe (drums) to define their final and comfortable form.
They took their time to shape their sound and released their first 7 tracks EP Azur & Saphir in November 2020, somewhere in between folk, rock and ambient, creating atmospheric and immersive sonic territories and featuring the particularity of two lead singers, Clara and Sam.
They just came back with a new single called “Spring”, a new musical chapter with bigger hooks and powerful grooves announcing a new EP for next fall…
