I am Exploring Australia in a VW Crafter 4WD Van & towing an Offshore Boat going to hidden remote paradises few people visit. It's these places that I will go and push myself to the limit undertaking survival challenges and exploring remote Islands and reefs to catch / spearfish for my own food.
Lots of Catch and Cooks using Coral Trout, Tusk Fish, Spanish Mackerel for Sashimi, Sushi, Fried Fish Panco and Fish Curries are some of my favorites.
