I have been playing the piano since the age of six and started composing at eight. Qualifying as a translator in French and German I decided to go back to my first passion, music, working in the worlds of jazz, classical, pop and musical theatre.  Now I'm thrilled to be writing music for film, TV, advertising and video games. 'BB Cooper hearkens back to a time when names like Berlin, Rodgers or Bacharach were equal in importance to those of the band and the singer. There is no one else in the mainstream, or any stream for that matter, who is able to release albums comprised entirely of their own new music and have it performed as eloquently.'
