My mission is share the transformative experience of yoga with as many people as possible.
With the goal being to just FEEL GOOD in your body.
I teach therapeutic, Hatha Yoga, while also incorporating strengthening exercises into the practice.
I believe yoga, when used properly, CAN BENEFIT EVERYONE who tries it.
