New owner Rat Care Guide. Keep your rats 'Happy, Healthy and Safe'. Advice based on our experiences of rescuing rats. We often film in small cages, these are NOT permanent homes. I am making a film about the lives of my three young rats, Chloe, Ellie and Sophie. Video clips will be published here on different rat related subjects, which will be helpful to new rat owners and of interest to anyone who loves rats. You will also get to meet all our other lovely rats, most of them are rescue rats. When any rat arrives at our home, they become part of our family and have a home for life. We do not breed rats. In our Agility For Fun videos you will see how we train our rats without using lots of treats. Unfortunately we no longer have any rats, but we still have a lot of videos to edit so may occasionally add a new video.
