Target 21 was formed in 1981 in Ottawa Canada. Scotty, Marty and Drew wrote their own songs and played in the various popup punk venues that were a staple of the early punk scene in Ottawa. You can hear some of our early recordings in the intro video for this channel. In 2009 Target 21 - Freedom 55 Edition brought the old songs out for a dust up at the Elmdale Tavern in Ottawa.
