’m a Spanish/Swiss visionary and multi-instrumentalist based in Zurich, I have started very early my musical journey. Trained jazz bass and double bass player; I also play guitar, piano and drums. Swimmer against stream; my approach to electronic music is strongly influenced by noise, algorithmic music, field recordings, minimalism, acoustic instruments and improvised forms of music. I have also worked for theater companies as composer and performer, and played in every sort of band going from hard rock groups to jazz big bands but also flamenco ensembles. My mission is to break the boundaries between jazz and electronic music, I have never liked rules, and was never interested in guidelines and belonging to a single musical style. I play hardware/software/instrumental live acts focused on improvisation, live performance and impulsive structures. As Clarabella Olssen I produce music based on field recordings and compulsive arrangements. Klubmed is my project with Storlon.
