1st April 1963 - present General Hospital (also known as GH) is an American daytime television soap opera and in the Guinness World Records as the longest-running American soap opera in production. I make video edits about my favourite soap supercouple Sprina - Trina Robinson (Heroine-legacy character magnificently created by Sydney Mikayla & continues awesomely with Tabyana Ali) & Spencer Cassadine (Birth-legacy character & continues brilliantly with Nicholas Chavez) from General Hospital. Sprina (#Sprina) defined as a popular supercouple sensation from Day 1 with Sydney Mikayla & Nicholas Chavez from 1st July 2021 - 17th March 2022, plus they're the main reason for this channel. It was then taken over with continued success by Tabyana Ali & Nicholas Chavaz from 30th March 2022 - 31st January 2024. My fan videos will still continue to be #OGSprina/#NUSprina.
