Formed in late 2004, we were originally "Order of Twilight". In 2011, we re-formed as Circle of the Phoenix. We're primarily a social/raiding guild for World of Warcraft, but we also dabble in a bit of roleplaying here and there. We're based on the Feathermoon US server. Our primary philosophy is leadership by consensus, so we run a lot of polls and do everything we can to make sure our members have a sense of ownership in the guild's direction. We also emphasize mutual respect, and making sure no matter how you like to play, we'll support you. For example, we run progression raids, but we also run events for lower level people or those just getting started. We have simple rules that basically boil down to "be cool".
