V.J. Manzo is a human being living on planet Earth. He is a composer, performer, author, and music technologist whose work focuses on the design of new musical instruments and interactive systems. At Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), he is Professor of Music and the founding director and PI of the RATLab, a research collective exploring the convergence of music and technology through two labs: the Electric Guitar Innovation Lab (EGIL) and the Interactive Music Systems Lab (IMSLab).
