Weird scenes from inside the mind of a man living the semi-hermit lifestyle in the backwoods of Michigan.
This channel is a creative release for me. Armed with a tablet, phone, cheap recording interface, and some beat up instruments I tend to record things as the ideas pop into my head. With today’s technology it is possible to endlessly tweak songs. The music contained here is the opposite of that. Often first takes and little editing I am releasing it into the void with reckless abandon. I’ve always looked at recorded songs as a snapshot into a moment in time. Once it’s posted I can’t spend hours obsessing over the perfect guitar tone or whether that one snare hit is too loud, right?
You are likely to find songs and videos here that are kind of rough around the edges. That’s the way real life can be.
