I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (Limited) and mental health therapist with over 20 years working as a licensed professional. This channel was created to help educate people regarding mental health issues like depression, anxiety, PTSD, panic attacks, and other mental health symptoms as well as disorders. I am a transgender woman and some of my videos are posted here to educate people about my experience as I have transitioned from male to female. I also am an amateur astronomer and have developed the hobby of astrophotography using an ASI camera. Exciting stuff!
