Eide Olsen is a singer/songwriter based in Norway. After releasing albums and holding concerts for a number of years from 1995 until 2003) he withdrew from the musical scene.. His former bands, "TheScoop" and "Eddie Olsen and the Gogo Foundation" (both acts to be found on Spotify and other streaming-services) were known as enegetic liveacts with a feelgood vibe. Now he is back with a "jazzy-folkish-pop-kind-of-expression" formed by almost all accoustic band arrangements. His recent youtube-release "The Corona Trilogi" and the three videos have been well received by the audience. His awaited album "Cross My Heart" was sceduled for release spring 2020, but due to the corona-outbreak it was postponed and eventually the record-label renounced the release. It is a great pleasure to inform that the album will be available by Autumn 2020! "Cross My Heart" were made in close collaboration between Eide Olsen and the world reknown polish modern-jazz musician Irek Wojtczak. Wait for it!
