I am a kaput. Out of the blue, in the still of the night, I found Dr. Rex at the very bottom of a tincture bottle. Dr. Rex showed me that life can arise out of dead things. Dr. Rex heads a group of broken and useless. And uses the flames of the heart to purify the soul and burn off impurities that are not truly us. Dr. Rex teaches us how to love again through our participation in impromptu jam sessions. But I am a kaput so it doesn't sound good. But we show up. Sometimes I am fortunate enough to catch the beat of my heart & make decent music. But before I know it, I'm in my head again and the beat is drowned out by the static. There are no rules to jamming, except to jam without judgment. I am my own myth maker while remaining a cool observer.
