Founded by the renowned classical vocalist Shantanu Bhattacharyya in 2008, it aspires to carry forward the sacred traditions of Indian culture and hopes that the young beings of today find for themselves a congenial environment of art and culture in their life. Such attractive and exciting is the subject matter of Raga music that the children coming to the Aalor Pathe Raga Music School have found a common form and substance of communication between themselves. The joy for them is so much that they literally ‘speak’ to each other in the language of Swara and Laya!
