Alex Bäcker, who holds a Ph.D. from Caltech, has launched the invention factory behind award winning products used by hundreds of millions and rated 4.9/5 in the app store, led a company to grow faster than any public company over the last decade, been named one of 40 under 40, a Top 100 MIT Technology Alumni and the IT Executive of the Year at the International Business Awards. He is the author of 101 Clues to a Happy Life, and the founding CEO of ab Inventio, the invention factory, Drisit, QLess and a number of other technology companies. He has authored scientific publications in journals ranging from Nature to Neural Computation, is the author of Mutation Preselection Theory and one of the discoverers of the role of sunlight and vitamin D in COVID-19 prevention. Dr. Bäcker is the inventor behind more than a dozen patents and speaks English, Spanish, German and French.
