Imagine you are a principal dancer in your favorite company. Then stand in front of the mirror every day and say, "I am a princiipal dancer." But do not just say it. Believe it. Look yourself in the eyes and really, truly beliveve it. Then be patient, and wait for your dreams to come ture.
