Mentor Through Music Youth Academy collaborates with other after school organization without music programs and offers their services directly to the school with kids who wish to further their studies. We offer instruction in all band instruments including but not limited to guitar, piano, saxophone, flute, clarinet, and drums. We have local professional musicians teaching the classes. Through Music MTM Youth Academy will be giving an opportunity to youth to creatively express themselves. By teaching students how to express themselves through music, MTM Youth Academy reduces the risk of kids searching in other harmful places for outlets. Through music MTM Youth Academy has formed a relationship of trust and security with our students, which allows instructors to become mentors and positive influences for them.
