I started uploading 3D videos of Uma Musume around the end of March 2024. In order to prioritize "watching in the highest possible quality," the original 2D video data is upconverted to 8K and processed to high definition over several hours for a 2.5 minute video. If you have trouble playing 8K videos due to the large file size and buffering due to communication conditions, you can lower the image quality to 1440p60 (HD) in YouTube settings to a certain extent and play smoothly. (If this channel gets bigger (← it probably won't) I wonder if a faster server will be assigned?) I made these videos because I wanted to watch them, but if many people could watch them, it would help spread the fun of VR videos, which are somewhat niche, and even lead to the evolution of VR goggles and their cheaper purchases... that would be great.
