Hello and Welcome to SVSummerWinds!!
My father (Gus) and I (Leo) are currently sailing from Oakville Ontario to the Caribbean!
This trip has been 4 years in the making with my father making numerous additions to the beautiful Beneteau 411 that he purchased back in the summer of 2019. It is September 9th, 2023 at the time of this message and we are currently heading down the Oswego canal to the Hudson where we will sail to New York City.
Once our time in New York is done we'll then hit the Atlantic, go around Atlantic city and go up the Delaware Bay, connecting to Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis! There we will stay docked until hurricane season comes to end on November 1st then we will head down to Florida and start the new year off with a beautiful passage from Fort Lauderdale to West End Bahamas!
