On this channel are recordings made from 1980 onwards. I set up the studio at Hethersett, Norwich UK for my own use, and to make demo tapes for local musicians/groups. Some of the bands were students from UEA etc., so it's not all strictly "local" - but who cares? Usually, the end product was cassette demos to help bands get work, and for their own amusement/self analysis (!) Some people took away reel-to -reel copies, which would be higher quality audio, but generally I could not afford to keep reel masters/copies. So I apologise for the quality of some of the uploads, taken mainly from cassettes made from the session multitrack master, or remixed after a day or two when my ears had stopped ringing. I'll upload material in no particular order - just as they come out of the box. I can't remember all the details of titles, personnel, dates etc. so I'll happily edit. Please get in touch / comment!
