This page belongs to a group of Hip Hop purists called The Gents, we are a group that stands for the persevation of Hip Hop as a culture and an actual form of expression. We are not to be corrupted by new music flowing out of the mainstream, we believe that Hip Hop is a culture that is in need of people who still stand for its original values and doesn't feel that money, jewelery, expensive cars , hoes and fame are the only things that Hip Hop is. It is nice to have but hip hop is about people who can; overcome the odds and grow out of negativity, bring out society's rejects and make them leaders, make others feel your pain. All of these things are components of Hip Hop Culture, Today Hip Hop is not even a shadow of that. Today kids emulate what they see, a commercialized culture that is all about, you guessed it, MONEY. and thats the culture we try to deviate from and we strive to bring back that old school rap.
