The Purgatorians is a big budget, dramatic thriller audio drama with horror elements. At first a prequel miniseries shall come, consisting of five episodes. Then the main show shall begin, set ten years after the prequel ends, consisting of 5+ seasons of 52 episodes each. The prequel is more condensed, which means events happen a lot more quickly. Set during the final four days of the cycle ending, this isn't the only thing that will try to end their lives. The main show then follows a newcomer to these lands, Jamie Atkinson. The apparent hero of prophecy. The only problem is that he's a kind hearted and respectful guy, who has no powers to help fight against The Purgatorians, who dwell within the old asylum known to the citizens as Purgatory. With twists galore and some scenes people may find upsetting or offensive. It contains some hard hitting storylines, dramatic and sad. There is no AI in the creation of this show. All voice actors, music, songs, etc, are by real paid people.
