Many also have an intense transformational faith experience. Students worship as a group two times a day and attend three small group "lab" sessions daily, enjoy meals and free time together. Most learning is small group based and designed to foster both friendship within the group as labbers explore and develop their own faith in Christ. Why Lab? There are many summer opportunities. Why should Leadership Lab be a part of your summer ministry? Lab fosters an environment of faith growth for each labber. Students get the opportunity to bond, learn and grow from their leaders and small group for the entire week. They are cared for, prayed for, encouraged, and challenged by the entire community. Most learning is small group based, designed to foster unity and trust within the group as labbers explore and develop their own faith in Christ.
