Chung Wah Community Care (CWCC), under the umbrella of the Chung Wah Association, supports culturally and linguistically diverse communities across Perth. We provide government-funded, culturally appropriate aged care and disability services to more than 1,200 older people and individuals with disabilities from vibrant cultural backgrounds, including Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodian and other ethnic communities. Our focus is on reablement, independence, and personalised care. Our diverse team of staff, support workers, and volunteers represent more than 20 cultural backgrounds, embracing every culture with the same respect. Together, we work towards our vision of creating “A Better Community for All.”
