This fellowship was started in 2020 when a group of students realized the diversity efforts at Florida State weren't as strong as they could be and wanted to build a strong community of like minded and motivated people of color pursuing a career in high impact finance. Through their efforts, Diversity Leaders in Finance, Florida State's premier diversity-focused finance fellowship was started. On this channel we are hosting the Diversifi Speaker Series where we invite professionals to share their experiences with diversity in their life and career while giving guidance to students for their prospective careers.
