Vic Nation achieved national recognition in December 2024 by winning the Youth Star Competition at the 21st edition of Music Fest (formerly Youth Fest). Performing his original track "Bacchanal Junkie," he stood out among 10 other emerging acts to win the grand prize of $15,000. He also competed in the 2023 Saint Lucia Carnival’s Soca Monarch Quarterfinals, where he performed in the Groovy Soca category alongside fellow artist Pilot. Their song “Vibes” showcased his ability to command the carnival stage and connect with festive audiences, further solidifying his place in Saint Lucia’s soca landscape.
