I am somebody like you, a regular guy who has (or had) struggles with many aspects of modern life: long work/study hours, stressful environments, hellish traffic hours, relationships, health disorders, not to mention the covid pandemic. But here's the issue: I have a chronic insomnia diagnosis since my teens, along with chronic depression (diagnosed much later), so I have been through almost everything, pills, exercise, meditation, herbs, therapies, you name it, all of which have their pros and cons.
I had known the importance of music on mood since forever. I am trying to share what I believe (in my own body and mind) what pushes me to sleep, what lifts my mood, what relieves my anxiety, or most of the time, what simply makes me feel a little bit better.
