My Youtube channel is a place where I post videos about life in and around the hamlet of Denbigh, Ontario. Although Denbigh is located 1.5 hours north of Belleville and 50 minutes east of Bancroft it is ‘semi-remote’ if only because the nearest Walmart is the best part of an hour away. The population is about 150. The downtown core consists of one, small, general store. Visitors often ask, “What do you do”? By that they mean, “What is there to do around here? We are surrounded by vast regions of forest, lakes and rivers. There are no distractions such as can be found in urban centers. Anyone who likes to be outdoors enjoying the natural world and living a simpler life might have an interest in my channel.
