A resource where any woodturner, from the casual weekender to the "daily after work and any other time possible" turner, can see a variety of projects executed with appropriate caution and technique. My projects vary from simple and easy, to simple but not easy, to difficult, to somewhat nerve wracking, and even some fails. Even though I've accumulated all sorts of tools over my 18 years of turning, I'm very much a "keep it simple" guy. My 5/8" bowl gouge does the most work of any tool I own. You don't need any fancy tools to do any of my projects (although they can help sometimes). I also mostly turn green wood that I salvage locally in Lexington, KY.
