Maeng Ho Taekwondo Academy teaches traditional Taekwondo martial art through a holistic approach to Taekwondo education. A focus on discipline, confidence and good character building is key amongst the drills, self defence, forms, sparring and fitness we do. Maeng Ho Taekwondo Academy is also modern in that is incorporates Hapkido, Krav Maga and some Brazilian Jiujitsu. This cross-training enhances the Taekwondo experience and adds greater depth to students’ martial art knowledge and skill.
