Deutsch e-rklärt, German e-xplained, is a beginner’s podcast learning tool.
There are fifteen modules — each module introduces the grammatical topic with a short film-scene out of the every-day-life of German-speaking Australians.
» Deutsch e-rklärt explains the grammar at hand in conversational style with running graphics.
» Your turn gives you the opportunity to apply and test the grammar with short-spoken responses.
» Live and learn encourages learner autonomy by introducing learning games and easy to follow learning strategies.
» The e-xercises offer some more activities to internalize the grammar of the module in an easy way.
» The digital booklet is printable material, including a script of the video, a glossary, grammar tables, and some of the learning games.
Deutsch e-rklärt was developed by The University of New England, funded by Australian Learning & Teaching Council Ltd, with partner institutions — The University of Newcastle and James Cook University.
