Noise Laboratories (Noiselabs) is an artistic video/music collective founded in Cambridge, MA in 1994. Members include Steve Hoey, Toshi Hoo, Matt LaMantia, Mark Kelsey, Chicken Dave Allen, Brett Barbaro, Dave and Merin Whitecell, and numerous, numerous other people who have drifted in and out of the group over the years.
