We want to help you become a better gardener! Hi there! We’re Sean and Allison — a horticulturist and former science teacher sharing practical flower gardening and plant care tips. We teach how to grow thriving flowers, start seeds with confidence, care for ornamental plants, and plan a garden that works for your space. Whether you're a beginner or building your skills, we’re here to help. We garden in the Pacific Northwest (Zone 9a) and grow many plants in containers, so you’ll find container gardening and small-space flower ideas here too. Sean brings experience in environmental horticulture and landscape maintenance. Allison adds her perspective as a National Board Certified science teacher, making plant science clear and encouraging.
