The UBC Biomedical Engineering Student Team (UBC BEST) is a multi-disciplinary team of students from the Faculty of Applied Science (Engineering), Science, Sauder School of Business, Kinesiology, Arts and Medicine focused on developing context appropriate solutions to medical challenges worldwide. Our vision is to build a multidisciplinary community that cultivates networking, technical growth, and collaboration in the biomedical field at UBC. We strive to successfully implement relevant technology in the medical community to optimize care, develop our members both technically and professionally, and promote student learning of entrepreneurship in the biomedical field.
