Vesper Engine is my ongoing musical project, part story, part spell, part slow-burning rebellion. It’s where myth and emotion meet sound, and nothing is quite what it seems. Sometimes it’s a band, sometimes it’s my voice in the dark, sometimes it’s a machine dreaming of light. Right now, Vesper Engine is focused on a new concept EP inspired by The Silmarillion, songs written from within the myth, not just about it. The project is called Tinúwen Silmairë, and it reimagines the legends through longing, grief, devotion, and defiance. Think haunted lullabies for exiled souls, or starlight hymns cracked open by memory. This is music for those who feel the world has edges so sharp they can almost cut. Eä.
