We are a 501 C3 non-profit since 2015. We do not have an actual shelter, we operate out of the garage of TMAR’s founder and shelter manager, Keith Benning, a Deputy Sheriff and Municipal Judge in the county. We service a 2000 square mile area in North Dakota and rescue 70-100 animals each month.
