Hello there- you that decided to read my bio! I am Vivian and I own Keystone Kitchen & Bath. I help my clients increase the value of their homes, avoid costly moves & maximize unused spaces with Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations. I have been a Designer for over 17 years now. And have seen how the last market crash really affected the way homeowners lost tons of money on their homes by selling very cheap. I also saw how investors bought these homes for very little money. These investors flip those homes and sold them for triple the price they bought them for. I know because I helped those investors flip those homes and made them profitable. In those days, I also saw lots of contractors not going back to finish the work they had started, keeping their clients money. This also made the industry untrustworthy and people still are skeptical about hiring contractors and have decided to do it themselves.
