In my videos I use healing frequencies pure or combine them with positive beliefs (affirmations & afformations) as silent subliminals that put you in a higher vibration. Thoughts create emotions and vice versa, they have a direct effect on your state of mind. Among other things, there are programs that control your way of life and lead to repeated patterns of action. Beliefs are stored deep in your subconscious. Frequencies are able to consciously influence your brain waves in order to positively change your belief systems.
