Formed in 2021, SHOONYA features Aritra Bhattacharya on vocals and violin, Sulagna Nandy on vocals, bassist Prady Dutta, lead guitarist Rajesh Ranjan Singh, rhythm guitarists Rinko and Virendra Adhikari, keyboardist Abhishek Ray, and drummer Mishu. Their sound is spearheaded by harmonized leads traded off between Aritra's electric violin and Rajesh's guitars, making them truly unique. The band members have worked with renowned composers like A R Rahman and Chaka Khan and regularly work with major music producers Calvin Harris and Martin Garrix in the UK and the USA.
