The British Council working with creatives and social entrepreneurs in Southern Africa identified the need for a platform to enable social entrepreneurs, creatives and the hubs & spaces that support them to connect, learn and promote positive African narratives (storytelling) whilst building their own capacities in the enterprise. This engagement resulted in the inaugural SoCreative Summit. In 2024, the SoCreative Summit explores the theme of Emergence. Get ready to experience the electrifying return of the SoCreative Summit. Hosted in the buzzing Victoria Yards complex in Johannesburg, South Africa, the Summit has been created by the British Council and Business and Arts South Africa.
