Garage Fly Radio exists because of a name Steve created and a friendship that never faded. Jukebox and Steve met on Halloween in 1987 and formed an unbreakable bond. By 18, they had a band and spent countless hours practicing in Steve’s garage. In 1995, during a rehearsal break, a stubborn fly kept landing on their gear. Steve laughed and said the name that would stay with them forever: “Garage Fly.” Life took them in different directions, but their friendship never changed. When Steve passed in August 2022, the loss left a mark time can’t erase. In 2024, Jukebox brought the name back to life as Garage Fly Radio — a tribute, a legacy, and a promise kept. Garage Fly started in a garage. Garage Fly Radio lives on because love, memory, and music don’t disappear — they echo.
